Just learned yesterday that the Sierra Ballroom of our common interest development (aka HOA) of Trilogy Glen Ivy in the Inland Empire of Southern Californiaon June 7will be a local polling place for the California Primary. As for our household, Dee Dee and I prefer to be absentee voters, skipping the hassle of standing in line and taking our time to complete what is usually a complicated ballot in the Golden State.

Speaking of complications, the details of this #SocialCurrentSee clip of the day is a notable potential setback for one of the GOP candidates for president.

Goodness knows, during our roughly ten years of existence, our common interest development (aka HOA) of Trilogy Glen Ivy in the Inland Empire of Southern Californiahas had its fair share of controversy and governance issues, both good and bad from the homeowner perspective. Life is relatively peaceful at the moment, although some unfinished business and attention to details (or lack thereof) are creating angst for some.

Yet, the details of this #SocialCurrentSee clip of the day is one story that has no parallel in our community, but that does not mean it is not possible.

The political debates of Campaign2016 have been as contentious and rowdy as any in recent American history.

The April 14 debate between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders proved to continue the divisive pattern and proved that the Democrats may be split as wide as the GOP when it comes to choosing the final POTUS candidate.

According to this source, the FBI hasn't learned anything from unlocked San Bernardino iPhone, but the review of data on the phone used by a terrorist involved in the December shootings continues. Complications of matters are inevitable when high security intersects with high-profile investigations.

But another source reveals "the FBI's recent attempt to kick down the encryption 'back door' of a terrorist's iPhone in court should have sent a shiver of dread through the world's nearly half-billion iPhone users, according to civil libertarians and Apple itself. But, mostly, it did no such thing.

Possibly no critical observer of all things Clinton (i.e. the political life and future of the former First Lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton) is with greater credentials or record as Judge Andrew Peter Napolitano. Judge Napolitano is the senior judicial analyst for Fox News Channel, commenting on legal news and trials, and is a syndicated columnist whose work appears in numerous publications, such as Fox News, The Washington Times, and Reason. Having served as a New Jersey Superior Court Judge, he now teaches constitutional law as a Distinguished Professor at Brooklyn Law School. Napolitano has written nine books on constitutional, legal, and political subjects.
