Lack of mental health accountability 'sheer craziness'

Not sure what you know about the various propositions on the California ballot for November 4, but perhaps you should consider all seven (7) of them carefully, particularly when bond financing is involved.  A serious lesson is found in the 2004 passing of Prop 63, so read on. This is definite food for thought.  Bingo, bango, bongo or just BING.
