_____ All gave some. Some gave all. #MemorialDaytwitter.com/iworkiron/stat…
— Aaron Saucedo (@iworkiron) May 27, 2013Memorial Day is observed on the last Monday of May. It was formally known as Decoration Day and commemorates all men and women, who have died in military service for the United States. Many people visit cemeteries and memorials on Memorial Day and it is traditionally seen as the start of the summer season.  And, thankfully, this is the one day of the year when we remember those who gave supreme service to our nation and values that link us together to shift the focus away from politics and what divides us.

Vietnam POWs Honored at Nixon Library | KTLA 5 bit.ly/10tBPYR
— Mike Foxworth (@ALTALOMAN) May 24, 2013 In what may be the last event of its type, nearly 200 Vietnam prisoners of war, and their families, gathered at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library Thursday for what was labeled to be their largest reunion in years. The Boomer-genration POWs traveled to the event aboard a motorcade of buses from Newport Beach to the steps of the Nixon Library for a public ceremony. Honorees and their hosts at the Yorba Linda, CA, library marked 40 years since President and Mrs. Nixon hosted these American heroes for the largest dinner event ever held at the White House on May 24, 1973. }:{

How Obama wins back USA voters: Less President, More CEO

“I can’t believe federal servants didn’t protect diplomats, spied on the press, and singled out conservative groups using the tax code.  It seems the apparatus of Washington forgets who has the ultimate authority – not aides, deputies, and not bureau chiefs. It’s mine; I’m President.” ~ Barack Obama shifting focus, according to Forbes source CARL SCHRAMM

Biggest takeaway from #IRSHearing: "I'll have to get back with you" apparently an acceptable response to #IRS. Remember that on April 15th.

#IRS : social current see :  Not all scandals are created equal.  What the GOP and FOXNews failed to do to create a public outcry about the Benghazi scandal, they may accomplish with the IRS, and perhaps the AP, scandals.  See also : MGW : My Government Watch & Obamacare Today
